It enables health services to be provided to a digitized patient, even where distance or isolation are critical factors for their health. Professionals, especially doctors, use information and communication technologies (ICT) for diagnostic, treatment, prevention, research, education, and continuous training consultations. Telemedicine is a form of medical practice at a distance using these technologies. Given the inevitability of digitization in the field of health and medical care, telemedicine is a true revolution that allows us to benefit from the advances in ICT to improve access and quality of care for the greatest number. This concerns patients as well as all professionals in the medical sector, such as caregivers, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and PHARMACIES. It is in this context that SOTEK Group has developed DOKOTOLO, a telemedicine service to meet this need for local healthcare. The services offered include online clinical consultations via messaging and video. DOKOTOLO was created to connect patients to all healthcare professionals. Presented to over 100 doctors and other healthcare professionals in Congo before its launch to gather their needs, remarks, recommendations, and ideas

Submitted to the Congolese National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data for notification and authorization. By using DOKOTOLO, patients are now connected 24/7 to their healthcare professionals with ease and security.
